Privacy Policy

ThriveOS, operated by FBMK Companies, LLC, takes your privacy seriously. We collect the data you provide (account info, assessment answers, journal entries, sprint plans) and a small amount of operational telemetry (login events, error logs) to keep the service running. We do not sell your data. We do not train external models on your private content.

Your coaching memory is encrypted at rest. You can export or delete your data at any time from the in-app Profile page. Cancellation deletes your account and associated data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
