Everything you get with ThriveOS.

ThriveOS is an operating system for your life. Not a journal, not a habit tracker, not another app you forget by Wednesday. Six parts, one system, about ten minutes a day. Here is what runs underneath.

Daily Sessions

A guided morning session, six to ten minutes, that aims your day at what actually matters. It reads your active sprint, your open tasks, yesterday's wins, and your Life 360, then asks the few questions worth answering today. The prompts change as your life does.

90-Day Sprints

Pick the one move that matters most. The sprint breaks it into weekly targets and daily tasks, so you stay accountable to that one thing instead of busy with everything. Ninety days is long enough to change something real and short enough to keep the finish line in view.

Tasks that auto-prioritize

Your to-do list stops being a dumping ground. ThriveOS reads your sprint and your stated priorities and surfaces the three to five things that move you forward today. Add from anywhere, drag to reorder, check them off.

The Council of coaches

Ten specialist coaches, one for each area of your life: mindset, health, career, money, relationships, family, growth, fun, environment, and purpose. Each one is built on real coaching frameworks and shares a memory of your work, so the guidance fits your situation instead of a generic script. Frank sits at the center as the systems coach, routing you to the right voice when you are not sure who to ask.

Your Life 360

Before the coaching can mean much, ThriveOS has to know where you stand. A guided baseline builds your Life 360: an honest read on each area of your life, scored so you can see what is thriving, what is quietly sliding, and where to aim first.

The 90-Day Reset

The Sprint is the work. The Reset is what makes the next one smarter. Every quarter, ThriveOS walks you through a debrief of the last ninety days, a fresh sprint, and a recalibrated set of targets. That loop is how one good quarter compounds into the next.
